We are inviting teams to express their interest in participating in the IMAV Conference 2024. Interested teams should submit their initial expressions of interest via email by May 31st, 2024.
How to Submit Your Expression of Interest:
- Email Address: Send your email to imav-conference2024@bristol.ac.uk
- Subject Line: Enter “[Your Team Name] Team Entry 2024”
- Email Body: Please provide a brief description of your entry. Your description should cover:
- Competition Preference: Specify your interest in either the indoor or outdoor competitions, include them in two separate paragraphs if both are your interest.
- Team Details: Include names of team members, their affiliations, and email addresses.
- Key Contact: Designate a key point of contact for your team, including their email address.
Briefing Session:
A briefing session will be held online in mid-June for all teams who have expressed interest. Key points of contact for each team will receive an invitation to join this session where further details about the conference and participation requirements will be discussed.
